How Do I Log In to My Lingopie Account?

Modified on Fri, 19 Dec at 11:24 AM

Logging into your Lingopie account is simple! Just follow the steps below to log in and start learning right away. We’ve also included some troubleshooting tips to help with different login methods.

Standard Login with Email and Password

Trouble Logging In

  • Make sure you are using the correct credentials or the correct Google/Facebook account, and check that there are no spaces before or after your email or password, as this can prevent you from logging in.
  • If you created a password and cannot log in, click Forgot your Password?
  • A reset email will be sent—check your inbox as well as your spam or junk folders. Follow the instructions to set a new password.

Log in with Google

  • Make sure you select the correct email when the Google pop-up appears.
  • If the wrong email is selected, Google may set it as the main account.
  • To fix this, clear your browser cache and try again.

Log in with Apple

If you signed up using Sign in with Apple, follow these steps to log in:

  1. Open the Lingopie app and tap Sign in → Continue with Apple.
  2. Once logged in, you can view the email linked to your account on your Profile page. This may be an Apple relay email, such as abc123@privaterelay.appleid.com.

Important: Do not type this email manually. Always use Continue with Apple to log in.

Finding Your Apple Relay Email on iPhone

  1. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Sign in with Apple.
  2. Select Lingopie — your Apple email (hidden or real) will be displayed.

If you’d like to use a different email or log in without Apple, our support team can update your account for you.

Log in with Facebook

If you registered using Facebook, simply tap Continue with Facebook on the login screen. Make sure to select the same Facebook account you used during registration — login is automatic when the correct account is selected.
